  • Chief administrator: Selects and appoints managers, coaches, umpires and committees
  • Main Contact for Little League International
  • Represents the league in the District organization
  • Presides at league meetings, and assumes full responsibility for the operation of the local league
  • Receives all mail, supplies and other communications from the Little League Headquarters

Vice President

  • Presides in the absence of the president
  • Works with other officers and committee members

Equipment Manager

  • Maintains inventory list for league equipment
  • Makes proposal for budget to board for purchasing new equipment
  • Marks all league property to show CLL
  • Prepares and conducts equipment check in and out for Managers/Coaches
  • Maintains equipment room in Lindy’s


  • Maintains a register of members and directors
  • Responsible for sending out notice of meetings
  • Records meeting minutes
  • Updates meeting documents and sends to Information Officer


  • Reports on the status of league funds
  • Maintains financial records
  • Prepares and submits league taxes

Tournament Director

  • Advertises with surrounding areas for Tournament dates
  • Maintains contact with all Managers/Coaches for all information
  • Coordinates with Concessions Coordinator
  • Coordinates with Head Umpire
  • Makes final decisions for all disputes at tournament
  • Coordinates awards

Concessions Coordinator

  • Maintains the operation of concession facilities
  • Organizes the purchase of concession products
  • Responsible for the management of the concession sales at league events
  • Coordinates with Tournament Director
  • Maintains Lindy’s concession stand
  • Makes recommendations to board for repairs/updates

Sponsorship Coordinator

  • Solicits sponsorships to support league operations
  • Maintains contact information for Sponsors, sending all logos to the information officer
  • Hand delivers plaques with thank you notes at the end of the season

Player Agent

  • Coordinates annual tryouts
  • In charge of player selection
  • Assists the president in checking birth records and eligibility of players
  • Supervises and coordinates the transfer of players

Safety Officer

  • Coordinates safety training for Managers/Coaches
  • Completes ASAP (A Safety Awareness Program) Plan yearly
  • Coordinates reporting of injuries
  • Solicits suggestions for making conditions safer and reports to Board

Information Officer

  • Manages the league’s official home page and Facebook page
  • Manages the league rosters online
  • Assigns administrative rights to league volunteers and teams
  • Ensures that league news and scores are updated on a regular basis
  • Collects, posts and distributes important information on League activities
  • Serves as primary contact person for Little League regarding optimizing use of the Internet for league administration and for distributing information to league members and to Little League International

Coaching Coordinator

  • Represents coaches/managers in league
  • Recommends and distributes training materials to coaches and managers
  • Coordinates mini-clinics as necessary
  • Recruits coaches as needed for each division of the season

Head Umpire/Chief Umpire (UIC)

  • Schedules Umpires for upper divisions
  • Provides Umpire Training as necessary
  • Coordinates with Tournament Director
  • Coordinates yearly umpire clinic
